**This is where you come in**:
The core purpose of the Data & Insights Manager is to develop & deliver Timely’s Data Strategy and drive a culture of data driven insights based decision making. You’ll connect the business and data with a single source of the truth, with well defined data ownership, definitions, security and quality. This role is responsible for owning our Data Governance Framework and supporting the development of Timely’s strategy through performance monitoring to identify risks early and ensure delivery of outcomes.
You'll collaborate with teams across Timely to drive data collection as part of all product and engineering practices, whilst building a self service network for our customers, staff and EverCommerce.
Through interpreting complex data and providing high quality reporting, you will generate and lead ideas to improve and grow our customer base efficiently, drive uplifts in revenue, efficient and robust decision making and highlight key areas of focus for the business.

**Requirements**:
**We’d love to hear from you if you have**:

- 2+ years experience in a Senior Insights role and prior data management experience.
- Experience in managing/combining a wide range of qualitative and quantitative data to deliver insight.
- Strong analytical skills with proven ability to leverage data to develop strategy/decisions.
- Strong visualisation and data storytelling capabilities.
- Strong knowledge of business visualisation tools such as Power BI and experience using advanced analytics and data science techniques to improve business performance.
- You are a strategic thinker with good communication and presentation skills. You have the confidence to share your views constructively with the business, based on your data insights.
- Strong technical skills, preferably with knowledge of Python/R and SQL.
- A focus not only on the data, but delivering actionable insights considering commercial ramifications.
- Strong collaboration and business partnering capabilities, consulting experience a plus
- Knowledge of Snowflake, DBT, Google Analytics preferable

- This role is full time, permanent and can be based anywhere in Aotearoa.
- You must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand.
