**The Role**
We’re looking for a Sales Manager who is passionate about both building both new and existing business. Driven by team development and success, you’ll serve as a key member of our National Sales management team, based at our North Harbour branch, receiving support from many levels to achieve your region’s business goals. Responsible for a team of telesales and field-sales representatives and a diverse portfolio of existing customers, you’ll prospect for ways to add value within our network of customers, develop key business relationships and strategise towards profitability.

**Key responsibilities include**
- Achieving growth targets through effective strategy
- Leading and coaching your team towards excellent service and performance
- Staff recruitment, inductions and appraisals
- Focus on KPIs and strategising/implementing team action plans
- Commitment to building team engagement and experience
- Proven success in delivering business growth across customer portfolios
- Proven success in delivering new business results at a high level
- Ability in analysis and strategy - project management experience is beneficial
- Hands-on mentality - you’ll collaborate across teams to achieve targets
