Our South Island Retail Team are hugely successful and a large contributor to the success of Michael Hill globally. Seeking our next Regional Leader to work alongside the team and elevate us to the next level.
With a strong network of experienced Store Managers within your 12 store regions, you will spend a great deal of your time with your people. Coaching, collaborating & guiding. You will provide strategic advice and coach your leaders to see opportunities within results. Using data available you will be able to draw insights and identify trends, in turn, adding value to stores results.
A few things we would like to see in your experience are:
- Senior leadership level experience with demonstrated experience working in KPI / Sales environment - ideally with a Retail setting
- Ability to lead, coach, develop and engage geographically dispersed team
- Astute financial capabilities with demonstrated experience managing all reporting and key business metrics
- Successful examples of driving performance through training and development
- Ability to identify, grow talent and succession plan
- Evidence of successful team engagement, relationship building and influencing
You will also hold a current NZ Drivers licence, be comfortable with background screening and be able to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
