Join our **Albany-based Support Centre team** as a **Regional Marketing Manager**, where you'll drive growth, strengthen brand presence, and shape the future of local marketing engagement.

In this exciting role, you'll take the lead in driving high-impact marketing strategies, designed to grow market share and strengthen key brand health metrics. You'll provide centralised leadership, fostering strong store-level relationships to enhance local marketing efforts. While Auckland will be your primary focus, your influence will extend across New Zealand, supporting regional marketing initiatives and maximizing engagement nationwide. Additionally, you'll oversee the National Cluster marketing budget, ensuring strategic and effective investment in brand success.

**Reporting to the Head of Retail Marketing this role will see you take responsibilities for**:

- Develop and execute data-driven marketing plans tailored to Auckland’s customer demographics and business objectives.
- Create cost-effective, measurable media strategies that support regional growth while staying within budget.
- Conduct post-campaign analysis (PCA) to drive continuous improvement and optimize future strategies.
- Lead hyper-localized marketing efforts for Auckland stores, fostering engagement and brand presence.
- Align Auckland marketing initiatives with the national strategy, working closely with Support Centre leaders.
- Serve as a trusted marketing advisor, building strong relationships with Members and local marketing teams across Mitre 10 stores.
- Oversee the National cluster fund allocation, managing store claims and budget tracking throughout the year.
- Lead regional marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless alignment with national strategies.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- 5+ years' marketing experience in retail or fast-paced customer facing environments.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategies effectively.
- Expertise in campaign management, from briefing to post-analysis, across digital, experiential, and traditional media.
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen, turning data into actionable insights.
- Experience collaborating with creative and media agency partners.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, fostering relationships to drive results and achieve objectives.
