**Our structure**
The main divisions to the company are **Strategic Services** (comprising Business Planning, Strategy) **Connections Planning** (comprising Client Leadership, Connections Planning and Innovation) and **Investment** (comprising The Exchange and FAST).
**Strategic Services**
- **Business Planning** qualifies the clients’ business objectives and then links them to media (Outsourced currently in AU)
- **Strategy** determines how media and communications can solve clients’ business problems
**Connections Planning**
- **Client Leadership** has ultimate responsibility for the agency relationship and performance
- **Connections Planning** maximises the potency of a campaign’s channels across POE
- **Innovation **ensures there is an injection of technology-led innovation in clients’ campaigns
**Investment**
- **The Exchange** unlocks opportunities and trades the market to deliver objectives and make the most of clients’ money
- **FAST** delivers outcome based real-time media solutions across programmatic, search, social and affiliates

**Key purpose of the Account Executive**
As the Account Executive, you will be assisting in the execution of clients’ campaigns. You will be responsible for the setting up, and monitoring of all campaigns. You will be responsible for management of clients’ material, and general administration tasks for your Mindshare team. The success of this role will be recognised through the flawless operation of all deliverables and requirements, and a continued commitment to streamlining and improving them.
**Key responsibilities for the Account Executive**
**People**:
Works closely with Managers and Directors to deliver work to a high standard and in a timely manner
- Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders - Mindshare and GroupM
- Conducts themselves in line with Mindshare behavioural guidelines
- Demonstrates a pro-active mentality/approach to their work
- Contributes to a positive, motivating and inspiring team culture
- Lives and breathes the Mindshare values everyday
- Ability to manage up-wards, particularly for situations that require broader team input
**Product**:
- ** **Develops time management, presentation and client service skills
- Develops a thorough knowledge and understanding of all Mindshare and GroupM products/processes
- Ensures there is full compliance with Mindshare processes (trading/implementation excellence, feedback, briefing templates etc)
- Ensures all communication to internal and external stakeholders is clear and delivered in a timely manner
- Develops skill of interpreting relevant data sources to build insights that leads implementation thinking
- Tracks and optimises campaigns regularly and communicate issues to Managers/Directors in a timely manner
- Checks all outputs with managers at all times to ensure quality assurance
- Creates and delivers competitive reporting and ensures we are delivering competitive insights to clients, not just observations
- Accurately analyses all data to understand implications and communicate learnings in all reports and documentation
- Ensures all reporting, both internal and to clients, is 100% accurate and delivered within set deadlines
- Develop skills to become proficient with all relevant media tools and software required to action tasks, including research data bases as required
