**Purpose of Position**:
You will provide the foundations for the success across our paid search campaigns and provide strategic direction and leadership for the clients to deliver the most effective and innovative search strategies. You will be responsible for all aspects of campaign implementation, monitoring and reporting, working very closely with your Manager to produce best-in-class solutions, offer unparalleled service and deliver against targets. You will be highly analytical, have an acute attention to detail and you are excited to work with market leading technologies. Most importantly, you will be passionate about and driven to deepen your knowledge of all things paid search.

You will be a client service guru looking to be challenged, someone who is curious in their approach to campaign data analysis, thrives on delivering creative ways to grow their clients’ accounts and presenting new opportunities. You will be able to enrich our search solutions by leveraging your experience to creatively use cutting edge technologies, build long-term partnerships, provide thoughtful insights, undertake successful optimisations and deliver best-in-market client services.

**Key Relationships**:

- Digital Services Team - all members of your direct team, Principal Consultants, Technical Consultants, Head of Data & Tech
- Agency Peers - Client teams.
- Clients - respective peers within GroupM and direct client businesses, which leverage products and services within your business unit.
- Vendors - day-to-day account management team at current technology and supply partners, that relate to your products and services.

**What you should spend your time doing**:
In order for our business to work, you will be required to spend time in certain areas of the business and make sure that your team does the same. Your key responsibilities are as follows:
**Product - 70%**
- Develop and manage a portfolio of clients, taking a high level of pride in your work, delivering best-in-class client service and delivering campaign outcomes.
- Ownership and accountability for campaign delivery and optimisation; managing campaign budgets effectively, providing thoughtful insights and analysis, exceeding your campaign goals, delivering against core business objectives and providing clear reporting.
- Oversees the management of search bidding and account optimisation, ensuring the best results are being achieved according to clients’ goals.
- Understand the goals and success metrics, marketing, seasonality, USP’s, product set and competitors of all of your clients, and transform this information into marketing leading social campaigns.
- Undertake the campaign set up process for all campaigns within your portfolio, troubleshoot any tracking and discrepancy queries, and ensure campaigns are activated with accuracy and following best practice.
- Undertake daily campaign reporting to identify performance trends across accounts and implement appropriate account optimisations based on the insights generated.
- Produce performance reports and presentations across your campaigns as required by the service level agreements.
- Analyse ongoing results to identify campaign trends and key insights, and provide thoughtful recommendations to ensure we meet and exceed client goals.
- Manage your workflow and responses to ensure agreed deadlines are met, we are obliging with our service level agreements and executing tasks with 100% accuracy.
- Provide campaign statistics to management for management reports, client presentations and reviews.
- Ensure the latest optimisation techniques, platform tools and products are utilised across your portfolio of accounts.
- Take pride in your work and be attentive to the details of the campaign set up and management, to deliver errorless campaign management.
- Look for new media partner opportunities, as well as identifying opportunities with our current media partners to enable the best outcomes for our clients.
