**The Opportunity**
Aon’s Corporate team is looking to bring on board an experienced insurance account manager to the team As an Executive Director based in our Auckland CBD head office, you will be responsible for managing and growing a brokerage portfolio of large-cap clients.
A large part of your role will focus on building relationships and identifying new business opportunities to convert into revenue. You will have a broker support who will provide support to you on a daily basis from an administration perspective.
To perform well in this role, you should be passionate about delivering the best to our clients. You will be rewarded with a competitive package, company vehicle, and further opportunities to develop and grow as a senior broker.
**About You**
To hit the ground running you would have come from an insurance background, preferably within broking but we are open to people who have a proven track record in business development and client relationship management at the enterprise level.
**We are also looking for**:
- Proven technical expertise in a wide range of corporate and commercial insurable risks, preferably
- The ability to effectively engage with and present to stakeholders up to C-suite level
- The confidence to manage and build your portfolio autonomously
- Corporate written and verbal communication skills.
