Compliance Analyst

**What You'll Do**:

- You will develop, maintain and review governance documentation including policies, procedures and guidelines around Public Safety Response Team (PSRT) processes
- Provide mentorship to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Assist with the maintenance and testing of controls that aligns with PSRT’s policies and procedures for the purposes of internal risk management and the publication of an annual transparency report
- Ensure findings are recorded and escalate any areas of concern to ensure issues are rectified
- Identify and appropriately manage risk and drive opportunities to improve compliance within Public Safety
- Collaborate with operations managers and our technology team to support PSRT with maintaining robust continuous improvement plans and coordinated technology support where appropriate

**Basic Qualifications**:

- A minimum of 2 years of professional proven experience in executing test controls in a governance, risk and compliance program
- Demonstrated experience in performing risk assessment audits
- Familiarity with GRC tools (e.g. ServiceNow)

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree preferably in information systems, business, accounting, commerce or related field or equivalent work experience
- Experience in performing testing through eGRC program management software (e.g. ServiceNow)
- Experience in the development, operationalisation and maintenance of policies, standards and proceduresKnowledge and understanding of relevant personal data protection laws and regulations
