**About the role**
Join our team as a Compliance & Risk Analyst and play a key role in supporting the continuous improvement and operationalisation of Genesis's risk, compliance, and business continuity frameworks. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with diverse stakeholders and ensure consistency across the organisation.
In this role you will;
- Support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of the Genesis Risk Management Framework, including policies, standards, processes, procedures, systems, and tools.
- Maintain the central Risk Hub, ensuring information is up to date.
- Encourage a proactive risk, compliance, and business continuity culture throughout the business.
- Maintain awareness of emerging risks, regulatory changes, and evolving best practices, advising the business accordingly.
- Assist in the execution of regular risk, compliance, and business continuity activities.
**About you**:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in risk and compliance analysis.
- Proven experience in a risk and compliance role, ideally with exposure to Line 2 responsibilities.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and influence outcomes via excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with risk and compliance management software.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with a proactive and improvement-focused mindset.
