Te Whatu Ora - Health New Zealand, Hauora a Toi Bay of Plenty is spread across a vast geographical area and centred across two hospitals based in Tauranga and Whakatāne. We serve a population of approximately 308,000 for the major population centres of Tauranga, Katikati, Te Puke, Whakatāne, Kawerau and Ōpōtiki. Te Whatu Ora Hauora a Toi Bay of Plenty is one of the Bay of Plenty's largest employers with over 4000 staff.
He Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the Role
Are you an experienced administrator with a knack for systems, enjoy solving problems, making things work, helping people and ticking through the to-do list? If so, this role could be for you
This role entails working closely with Educators within Hauora a Toi, as well as external training providers. This will include ensuring our facilities are set-up to support education delivery.
This is a 0.9 FTE position, working 72 hours per fortnight on a 12 month fixed-term.

Te Whariki a Toi is our Learning Management System and is key to the development of skills and knowledge of our staff throughout our hospitals. We're looking for an administrator to help keep our system up and running, assisting our users with great customer service, and working with a hard-working team focused on making our learning experiences the best.
You will be enthusiastic, innovative and a team player, always looking for opportunities to improve our processes, customer service and systems. You'll have an interest in education and system administration, a positive outlook, ability to multi-task, and be cool and calm with a smile under pressure.
