**Your new company**
Our client, is a public sector organisation based in the Wellington CBD.
**Your new role**
As a Finance Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting and supporting the Finance and Property procurement team in the effective delivery of results in the operation of the team.
In addition, you will be responsible for providing project coordination and support as well.
The primary responsibilities of this role will be:
- Developing and monitoring the project structures including: scheduling, meetings, minutes, actions to support the delivery within project timelines
- Assisting the Finance Operations team when required
- Assist Accounts receivable team with debtor queries and resolving unallocated customer payments as required
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Process improvement mindset
- Previous experience in a Finance position such as: Accounts Payable/Receivable, Accounts Officer etc
- Experience with or knowledge of projects
- Inquisitive mindset
