Ko tā mātou mahi - Our Role
The Team Coordinator's role is to provide general administrative and co-ordination support to the Finance Leadership Team and broader Finance function, to enable the delivery of the team's business outcomes.
**You will be responsible for the following mahi**:
- Provide effective administrative support on Finance projects and team events including organising meetings and taking
- Coordinate input into the Finance work
- Ensure work in progress reports are maintained and are up to date.
- Coordinate induction for new team
- Facilitate cross-team communication of key project status and work plan
- Provide administrative support to the Chief Financial Officer and other members of the Finance Leadership
- Available to suppliers and contractors as required

- Demonstrated success in writing skills at a high level including the presentation of information using advanced technology to deliver high quality outputs.
- Proven ability to organise and prioritise meetings and events including tracking and monitoring actions and meeting agendas delivering suitable outcomes and arrangements for multiple leaders.
- Be professional and highly organised as recognised by others.
- Strong communication skills and is able to communicate effectively with staff and suppliers.
- Can manage multiple situations at any one time and find appropriate solutions. Can deal with a level of ambiguity.
- Demonstrated experience in problem solving.
- Demonstrated focus on continuous improvement in previous roles.
