About the programme
The Public Sector Finance Graduate Programme is a three-year rotational development programme to build finance talent. Graduates on the programme spend the first two years in six-month rotations, with a one-year placement in the final year. This is an exciting opportunity for graduates to grow their professional networks and sharpen their business acumen while they move between diverse participating agencies, meeting heaps of people and experiencing different organisations
The diversity doesn't stop with different workplaces. This programme offers graduates a taste of the finance bigger picture across financial accounting, planning, procurement, management accounting and more, all while working towards qualifying as an accountant.
What we are looking for
The purpose of the Finance Graduate Programme Coordinator is to provide consistent and dependable support to contribute to the success of the programme.
You'll have the opportunity to get involved in a variety of tasks from continuous improvement initiatives, event coordination, general administration, recruitment and much more
**We are looking for a programme coordinator with experience in**:
- working in a complex environment with stakeholder management across the organisation and externally
- working in an environment of change, complexity and/or ambiguity
- managing invoicing and goods receipting with an understanding of programme/project accounting practices
- Recruitment support and coordination
- Coordination and supporting programme events
- Support mini projects
- Complete a variety of administration tasks
**Skills you would bring**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Sound communication skills - both oral and written - able to produce clear, concise and fit-for-purpose project documentation
- Strong stakeholder management skills - able to build and maintain effective working relationships across a wide audience
- Excellent administration & organisational skills: the ability to plan, manage and follow through, to ensure the best workflow. Assist with the completion of activities that deliver the results on time.
- Is detailed focused with the ability to anticipate risks and the consequences of decisions and commitments.
