We are a part of Global Marketing Company Omnicom Media Group (OMG) and encompass three integrated communications agencies covering media, digital, PR, social media, content and activation.
About the role
We are looking for an Accounts/Finance Coordinator (or Investment Specialist as we like to call you) to assist with our finance investment team in the purchasing and implementation of media for our clients. We will provide you with full training on all things media.
- Ownership and management of spend tracking and forecasting across the agency with key suppliers
- Tracking media schedules and financials and ensure 100% accuracy.
- Assist with audits
- Attending clients/third party meetings as appropriate
- Effective buying of media and loading the data into Pegasus (finance software solution)
- Ensure proformas are accurate and timely

Required Skills and Experience
- At least one year of previous experience within financial administration
- Experience with financial spreadsheets and reporting
- Ability to deliver to set deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and confidence to deliver to process
- Desire to learn, grow and develop further and learn about the media industry

This is a full-time position, 37.5 hours/week based in Mount Eden, Auckland.
