Fire and Emergency New Zealand is looking for a motivated, energetic, and organised Business Services Coordinator to join our Auckland CBD based team. Reporting to the Business Services Manager, you'll be part of a team committed to delivering outstanding administrative support. - General office administrative duties including meeting organisation and minutes. - Responding to public and internal enquiries. - Project and events coordination and administration. - Accounts payable and asset management **Ko tau na i tenei turanga - What you'll bring to the role**: Efficiently deliver a range of administrative activities in a responsive and timely manner. You will be responsible for maintaining quality administration systems and delivering support to a high standard within agreed timeframes to ensure a reliable support service is provided.
