**About the team**:
The New Zealand Intelligence Community (NZIC) is looking for an accomplished Business Coordinator, a seasoned administrator to get amongst enhancing Aotearoa's national security.
You will work for a national organisation with diverse, talented, and committed individuals who are anything but ordinary - creating a better and safer environment for all New Zealanders. **About the Role**:
This role sits within the Joint Directors-General Office supporting the Director Generals and the senior leadership team. The purpose is to assist with the coordination of key business activity and facilitate the Joint Directors-General Office (JDGO) non-operational support functions. The JDGO works in partnership with the GCSB and the NZSIS Offices of the Director-General.

**About You**:
**In this role you will**:

- Provide executive support to JDGO's leadership team.
- Identify new business processes in order to enhance service delivery, where a need is identified.
- Ideally have strong financial management experience.
- Several years' experience in administration including diary management as well as coordination of key management and agency wide events.
- An ability to handle multiple projects and work well under pressure.
- Be keen to work in a solution focused, high energy, and fun team that prioritizes delivering a great service to all stakeholders.
