**About the role**:
We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Organisational Development Advisor (permanent full time) to join our team. Reporting to the Group Organisational Development Manager and supported by a Senior OD Specialist, you will play a key role in coordinating and delivering development initiatives that enhance the employee experience across the entire lifecycle, spanning Westland Milk, its sister company Oceania Dairy and subsidiary companies Pure Nutrition, Canary Foods and EasiYo.

The primary location for this role is in Hornby, Christchurch, but it can also be based in Hokitika or Glenavy, where we have plant operations.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Supporting the delivery of programmes and initiatives to build organisational capabilities and drive a high-performance culture
- Supporting the delivery and continuous enhancement of people related systems and processes
- Collaborate closely with the wider People & Culture team and other stakeholders to ensure initiatives are implemented successfully
- Contributing to our diversity, equity and inclusion roadmap to build awareness and DE&I capability

**Skills and Experience**:

- A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Development, or a related field.
- 1-3 years' experience in Learning & Development, Organisational Development, or Human Resources coordination roles, ideally in an operational environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative, can-do mindset
- A proactive approach, strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
- A genuine interest in making a positive impact through people development initiatives
- Confidence using digital tools including Microsoft Office; LMS experience is a plus
