We are looking for a motivated and passionate People Partner to join a highly regarded not for profit organisation. You will report into the People Partnership Manager and work within a collaborative and driven team to support your portfolio with all their HR needs.

You will have a background in generalist HR and a strong understanding of employment law. With strong experience in ER and a proactive approach to working, you will be partnering with people leaders to achieve goals and drive the function forward. You will have the ability to shape this role to align with where the organisation is heading.

To be successful in this role you will be a real team player who enjoys a fast paced and varied environment.
