Our people team is energetic, outcomes focused and viewed by our stakeholders as the ultimate enabling function. We’re building our team capability and would love a People Partner to come join the ride.
- Partner with the respective ANZ GM’s to help support people strategies to build capability and drive growth.
- Coach, consult and advise GM’s across ANZ.. This includes all people practices and activities, aligning to the broader HR Strategy.
- Support functional area with key People cyclical activities, i.e. Talent & Succession, Annual Reward Review and Employee Engagement.
- Collaborate with the business to create the desired state culture, measured through increased engagement.
- Coach and guide the business unit on optimal Operating Model, Org Design and Ways of Working to gain best in class productivity, employee engagement and customer outcomes.
- Coach and guide the People Advisors in the team to help build accountability.
- Analyse people trends and metrics, resulting in actions - and support future workforce planning strategies and requirements.
- Coach and support the business area in resolving complex ER issues, employee grievances, mental health issues etc..
- Work collaboratively with the wider People Team (Org Capability, Talent, Communications, Reward & Systems, and People Operations) to support on delivering our strategic priorities.
- Take accountability and drive special projects across the People team when required.

- Broad, generalist HR experience ideally within an agile and / or digital environment.
- Experience with NZ legislation and Industrial Relations
- Extensive partnering experience advising on strategy, org design, talent and broader strategic areas.
- Confident partnering with leaders to both respectfully challenge, coach and support
- Empathetic, authentic and a natural problem solver
- Sound project management, planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Passionate about learning and adopts a growth mindset and positive attitude, always
