At our Auckland site alone, we have employees working across over 20 restaurants and bars, two first class hotels, the Sky Tower, theatre, our world-class casino and of course all the support services that help run one of New Zealand's most vibrant companies. We also have sites in Queenstown, Hamilton, and Adelaide in which you will become incredibly familiar with.

This role is a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service experience and ideally hotel and travel reservations experience to join our fast-paced evolving team. You'll need to have a strong customer service ethic and a first-class telephone manner.

Previous experience in a hotel/reservation, contact centre or sales environment would be great but not essential. You'll also have superb communication skills and the ability to work in a close-knit team, be enthusiastic and have plenty of energy

As a busy, fast paced operation, the contact centre team are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week which means there is a lot of variety across our shift patterns and hours of work can vary, so flexibility will be key.
- You must be able to work on a 5-day roster (Monday to Sunday)
- You will be working from approximately 06:00am to 12:30am (8-hour shifts, lots of advance notice on which shift you will be on each week)
