**What you’ll be doing**

As the International Operations Advisor, you will help support our International team achieve excellence, and be part of a wider international team that makes a real difference for New Zealand businesses wanting to grow internationally.

A core focus of your role will be to seek out and implement enhancements to processes, tools, and ways of working. You’ll work with your leaders to contribute to change projects, while managing key stakeholder relationships internally and with external partners. You’ll have a knack for planning and embedding the outcomes from organisational projects to BAU activities, coordinating and maintaining databases, and contributing to the ongoing implementation and maintenance of organisational process.

You will also improve and maintain induction programmes, ensure training materials are up-to-date, support the delivery of the Organisational Induction programme, provide travel coordination, develop collaborative relationships, champion knowledge management, and foster a positive team culture.

**What you'll need to be successful**

We're looking for someone who has a customer-focused mindset who have a flexible and adaptable approach to everything that they do. You'll use your exceptional stakeholder focus and highly collaborative nature to balance multiple priorities and are able to build relationships with stakeholders in our international offices. You'll process outstanding communication skills - written and spoken and you'll be a people person that is passionate about building team culture and being an active member of our one global team.

You'll have exceptional prioritisation skills with the flexibility to multitask when priorities change. We expect that you will be self-directed, self-motivated and be process improvement focussed. You'll have a strong administration background, ideally with experience in project coordination, be tech savvy (MS Office), and most importantly be a self-starter.

You'll be curious and have a continuous improvement mindset to identify areas for further enhancements to make things easier and simpler for our people. You'll have exceptional attentional to detail skills and take pride in ensuring that data and content is accurate and up to date.

A sense of humour is a must, as is having strong time management skills and being a natural solution finder with high levels of initiative, with a resourceful approach to achieve the desired outcome. We work at pace here, so energy is important as well as the confidence to hit the ground running and deal with ambiguity.
