**Job Description** International Course Advisor**

**Location: Auckland**

**Full-time | Permanent | Auckland Up Education Support Office**

**About the role**:
As an International Course Advisor, you’ll be inspiring students from around the world to start their education journey. You’ll connect with prospective students, understand their goals, and guide them toward the right program
- turning interest into enrolments through genuine engagement and a student-first approach. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, goal-driven environment and
- Engage and convert international students leads through calls, video meetings, and digital channels
- Manage and track leads using CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-up and data-accuracy
- Collaborate with Marketing and Admissions to enhance lead quality, campaign effectiveness, and conversion strategies
- Achieve sales targets while maintaining a high level of student satisfaction and service quality

**Qualifications** About you**:

- 1-3 years of experience working in sales, student recruitment, or customer relationship management
- Experience in education sector is beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales/conversion targets
- Understanding of international educations systems and visa processes
- Multilingual ability is an advantage
