We have an exciting new opportunity available to join our Albany based Support Centre as a **Merchandise Planning Lead.**

As part of our Merchandise Team, you will be responsible for overseeing the annual budgeting, commercial reviews and seasonal planning of ranges and the allocation of indent merchandise.

Reporting to the Head of Merchandise Services, you will lead the Merchandise Planning team enabling them to be successful in regular reviews of financial performance and to provide on-going planning and analytical support, insights and recommendations across a range of key business activities in order to identify areas of improvement, efficiency and productivity to achieve the Mitre 10 business objectives.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Extensive merchandise planning experience in a similar fast paced environment.
- Exceptional coaching and leadership skills.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Deep understanding of retail and trade customers.
- A high EQ, self-awareness, personal resilience and ability to influence at all levels.
