We have an exciting new opportunity available to join our Albany based Support Centre as a **Visual Merchandise & Planning Lead.**

As part of our Merchandise Services team, you’ll be responsible for managing the development and implementation of effective, micro (in-bay) visual merchandising standards and solutions - including creative displays to create a world class, visually stunning brand proposition and in-store retail environment at a micro level, enhancing the consumer shopping experience.

**Reporting to the Head of Merchandise Services** you will lead the strategy development and implementation of visual merchandising requirements within category ranges, and bay-by-bay presentation across our store network. Planning and analytical skills will be required to enable us to use systems moving forward to become more efficient and conducting a higher percentage of display guides digitally. Acting as a conduit between the Marketing, Merchandise, Store Development and Retail Operations teams, this role ensures effective communication, collaboration and execution of the visual merchandising strategy.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Relevant tertiary visual merchandising or interior design qualification
- 5+ years’ experience in a senior visual merchandising role within a large retail organisation
- Prior leadership experience with proven successful outcomes of people development.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Agile principles and frameworks, especially SAFe.
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge of MS Office Project; experience with graphic design programs preferred (Auto CAD, 3D Modelling)
