Warehouse Team Leader

This is an important functional leadership role within the Hygrade business and has accountability for the outwards goods activities and the team's day-to-day performance.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate planning for Inbound activities, priorities, and people requirements, via weekly briefings and daily updates.
- Plan the inwards flow with the Supply Chain team and Internal Sales.
- Ensure outward goods operate in line with business targets and expectations.
- Ensure Documentation is complete and accurate to accompany the freight (incl. weights, measures, DG or special requirements) and that all appropriate labelling is securely attached.
- Report completions and exceptions, and cross-check that all dispatches have been updated in the ERP system (to invoice status).
- Assist with planned cyclic and full stock take counts, ensuring stock presentation and product identification is always maintained.

- Measures and manages task achievement, taking actions when required to ensure outputs are on plan.

- Know when detail is critical, and ensure the team are as accurate as we need to prevent re-work or errors entering the system.
