Palmerston North, New Zealand Vestas Full time

The Site Administrator role will work within the Operations and Construction department within Vestas, the global leader in wind power. You will be working in an autonomous and fast-paced environment where the entire team’s efforts provide an efficient site-based administrative support to the Site Manager, Project Manager, and the broader project team.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide support to Site Construction Manager and team
- Address all site based administrative and transactional tasks
- Provide training and support for Vestas new employees as required
- Support visitors and new starters
- Attend the Site Administrator meetings
- Provide reports/meeting minutes as required
- Support Management and fellow team members as required.

**Qualifications**
- Not required

**Competencies**
- Advanced MS Office skills.
- Highly developed communication skills
- Ability to work in autonomous environment
- Ability to mediate and facilitate discussion
- Highly developed problem-solving skills.
