**The Opportunity**

BreastScreen Coast to Coast and the Breast Imaging Service, based at Amesbury Street Palmerston North, is a dedicated breast imaging facility offering screening and diagnostic services to residents of Palmerston North, Whanganui, Hawke's Bay, Taranaki and Tairawhiti.

We are looking for a full time administration assistant to join our team on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for welcoming patients and their whānau on their arrival and will provide call centre and administrative support to both services.

The team covers duties across three sites - Palmerston North, Whanganui and the BreastScreen Mobile Unit. The successful applicant must be available to participate in a 1 in 5 roster to work on the mobile unit. Travel requirements range from day trips (within normal hours) to a full week away.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have fantastic communication and computer skills, the ability to work well as part of a team, and a customer-focussed approach.
