If you can answer “yes” to these questions, then we are looking for you

The Whakatāne Hospital operates an on-call administration team to support a number of services across the hospital to cover staff when required. We are currently looking to employ additional administration staff to join the on-call administration team. Your administration skills will be utilised around the wider hospital campus when required. One day you could be working on front reception and the next week you could be scheduling appointments in physiotherapy.

We are looking for applicants who have a high level of customer service and administration skills. You will have a high level of attention to details and have accurate and efficient typing skills. Intermediate to advanced computer skills are preferred as is the ability to pick things up relatively quickly. You will be flexible and adaptable as the majority of the work is organised at relatively short notice.
