Sitting within our Information Services department, this is an opportunity assisting in Business Intelligence services and solutions to support Gallagher Group. You will be part of our Insights team, responsible for the design and implementation of data models - contributing to the project implementation of technology related solutions to enhance business performance.

How will you achieve this? You’ll use your talent and experience to understand and define business problems, gather business requirements, build solutions and develop and write reports so that Gallagher has meaningful data to drive great business decisions, also creating visibility surrounding the true value information technology adds.

**Ideally, you’ll have industry experience and knowledge in the following areas**:

- Ability to interpret statistical outcomes and translate requirements
- Story telling on data analytics outcomes and machine learning models
- Coding experience using analytical languages (e.g. R, Python and SQL)
- Data manipulation experience for data cleansing and descriptive analysis
- Understand model evaluation tools (e.g. RMSE, AUC and F-score)
- Data visualisation experience
- Familiarity with Azure ecosystem
