**Remuneration and Benefits Analyst Role Overview**:
This is no ordinary opportunity. As our Remuneration and Benefits Analyst, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our people are recognised, rewarded, and motivated to deliver their best. **Key Responsibilities: Remuneration and Benefits Analysis**:
- Analyse, benchmark, and report on company remuneration and benefits practices, ensuring competitiveness and internal equity across all roles and locations
- Support the annual remuneration review process by collating and analysing salary survey data and market trends
- Contribute to the design, communication, and implementation of employee benefits programmes
- Partner with People team and management to provide guidance on salary offers, internal job moves, and remuneration queries
- Monitor compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to pay and benefits
- Prepare clear, concise reports and recommendations for leadership decision-making
- Champion process improvement, automation, and best practice within remuneration and benefits administration
**What You’ll Bring: Skills for Reward and Benefits Success**:
- Experience in a remuneration, compensation, or HR analyst role
- Strong analytical skills with a passion for data accuracy and detail
- Ability to interpret and present complex information in a clear, engaging way
- Strong Excel skills, exposure to HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) desired
- Well-developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Discreet, ethical, and able to work with sensitive or confidential information
- Adaptable team player with a proactive, solution-focused approach
