**Your Impact**:
Reporting to the Head of Product Development - NZ and based at our Auckland office, you will be responsible for developing and commercialising new infant nutrition and nutritional powder products. You will bring expertise to deliver our Infant Nutrition program and projects across multiple markets.

More specifically, you will be involved in:

- Leading and driving end-to-end delivery and technical development of new infant nutritional powder projects to agreed timelines,
- Prepares formulations & provides technical & formulation directions.
- Developing the technical brief, ensuring formulations and ingredients comply with relevant market regulatory requirements.
- Approval of ingredient lists, NIPS, and development of finished product specifications.
- Provide direction on sourcing ingredients and work alongside the Quality, Regulatory and Procurement teams to ensure compliance and approval.
- Work with the science, regulatory, and nutrition teams to develop opportunities around new ingredients and technology.
- Leads / supports product development at other company manufacturing sites as required.

**What You Will Bring**:

- 7+ years of experience in the formulation, development, and delivery of dairy-based infant nutrition and nutritional powders across multiple markets.
- Experience in the formulation, development and delivery of dairy-based infant nutrition & nutritional powders across multiple markets.
- Degree qualified in Food Technology, Food Science, Nutrition, or other related science degree.
- An ability to provide technical advice and expertise on new ingredients, emerging technologies, product formulation & production scale-up.
- A record of accomplishment of product delivery, analytical and problem solving and delivering outcomes with agility.
- A mindset to challenge the status quo and deal with ambiguity.
- Strong proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
- Commercially focused & comfortable with a fast-paced culture.
