**What you’ll be doing**:
The Role of a Regional Network Operations Manager is to primarily manage the day-to-day delivery of our Field Assure activity. Working closely with our Service company in the restore, proactive maintenance and copper connect workstreams. Relationships with key stakeholders is critical to the role. Service Companies, Power companies, Councils, lifelines Utility org, and community groups.

The Regional Network Operations Manager will drive effective network field performance for our customers.

Analysing fault performance and service standards to maintain an ‘always on’ Network. Supporting other internal stakeholders to deliver Customer and Company value.

**What you’ll bring to the table**:

To manage the day to day delivery of our Field Assure activity you’ll need:

- A high-level of communication and relationship skills, able to express ideas and processes in a way that is understandable at all levels throughout Chorus and our suppliers
- The desire to be a key member of a high functioning team, with focus on collaboration and a ‘can do’ attitude
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Strong customer service ethic
- A keen awareness of and commitment to H&S in the workplace
- Understanding of the Chorus field infrastructure/ architecture for both Fibre and Copper and a willingness to learn and develop in the industry
- Solid attention to detail, multi-tasking and problem-solving ability
- A clean NZ drivers’ licence
