The Role
The Network Service Coordinator has prime responsibility to coordinate the completion of Service Management tasks between Network Control Centre (NCC), SDMs and our customers. You will be responsible of completing tasks which are allocated by MNS leadership team.
With significant enterprise customers and substantial streams of work, we need to find the most talented, creative and driven person to join us.
This is a great opportunity to kick-start your career in Network Engineering. As the Network Operations Service Coordinator, your prime responsibility will be to coordinate the completion of Service Management tasks between Network Control Centre, Service Desk, SDMs and our customers.
What you'll do

**As a Network Service Coordinator you will be responsible for**:

- Assignment of incidents and requests.
- Manage maintenance work with suppliers.
- Manage power outage notifications.
- Assist Operation Delivery Manager with reporting
- Assist Team leader with SLA management and changes, SLA reporting

What you'll bring
We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills and strong negotiation skills. A background in a customer service or administration role would be advantageous, as would any experience with technical trouble shooting.
Working collaboratively as part of a team is pivotal for success in our business as is your ability to motivate and influence others. Your relationship management skills will be second to none and you will be highly driven and motivated.
