**About the Role | Mō te Tūranga
As the Marketing Coordinator within our Everyday Rewards team, your focus will be on supporting the targeted offer processes that underpin our Boosts programme - a key aspect of our overarching ambition to deliver value for Everyday Rewards members and value into Woolworths.

Responsible for the administration of our Boosts programme, you will be tasked with ensuring offers are loaded correctly and within the required timeframes, across a variety of channels.

Key responsibilities include:

- Deliver a co-ordinated calendar of weekly targeted offers across digital channels, in alignment with the overall customer plan.
- Ensure accurate, on time administration of targeted offers, while adhering to all processes.
- Coordinate communication and offer delivery, including copy and creative approval and loading offers.
- Provide administrative support across the full spectrum of the targeted offers team, ensuring team members and leadership are supported on a daily basis with operational tasks.Advocate for Everyday Rewards across the broader business

**About You | Mōu
A natural communicator with exceptional time management, attention to detail and computer spreadsheet skills, you will have previous experience in an administrative role and will be looking to take your next step within the Marketing/Loyalty world.

We need a true problem solver. Someone who is comfortable managing a high volume of customer interactions through resolutions, in a meaningful and personalised way.
