As the Marketing Coordinator you are working alongside and supporting the National Marketing Manager, and the wider Brand Experience team. Providing high-quality support in this part of the business where all the magic happens Your core duties will be implementing marketing strategies, planning and executing seasonal promotions, improving processes, and contributing to strategic planning by presenting ideas that result in improved client experience.
They are looking for a strong coordinator who can anticipate needs, is great at building relationships with internal stakeholders, and have the ability to work well under pressure. **Duties include**:
- Digital & print marketing campaign coordination including post-campaign reporting.
- Liaison with internal teams & suppliers to coordinate & prepare marketing collateral including newsletters.
- Stakeholder management.
- Content creation and proofing copy for website and promotional material.
- Assist in the planning and manage the delivery of the social media strategy.
- Work closely with our business partners and franchise network to guide and support key initiatives.
- General marketing support.
**What are we looking for?**
- At least two years’ experience working in a marketing role or similar
- Preferably tertiary qualification in Marketing
- Outstanding communication skills, a professional and friendly manner
- Have a creative nature and an appreciation for visual design
- Advanced knowledge and experience with social media
- A natural people person with a good sense of humour
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Understanding of Search Engine Optimization, Search Engine Marketing, and analytics tools
