**About the role**

We are currently seeking a Residential Construction Specialist to join the team, you will be responsible for executing innovative sales strategies to convert users from existing brands to Milwaukee across all product categories within the Residential Construction industry.

**Responsibilities**
- To create user demand for Milwaukee across all product categories and understand the path to purchase.
- Regularly report progress to management on achievements to the planned strategy
- Escalate any issues promptly and to the appropriate people
- Participate in sales events and proudly represent the brand
- Achieve the sales targets set for the role
- Ensure the CRM is kept up to date in a timely and accurate manner
- Support the broader Milwaukee team as well as embedding the Milwaukee culture throughout the entire organisation
- Involvement in one on one, personal & professional development meetings for individual professional development
- Regularly participate in joint ride days with your manager to review performance and provide constructive feedback

**Skills required**
- Sales and residential construction industry experience is ideal
- Experience using a Salesforce/Sales cloud or CRM tool would be advantageous
- Computer literate with a basic level understanding of the Office suite
- Product knowledge of power tools as well as hands on experience
- A practical mind with a mechanical/technical aptitude
- Strong relationship management skills
- Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work to set KPI’s and self-manage time
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and ever-changing environment
- Culturally aware and able to work with diverse cultural groups
- The drive to strive for greater levels of effectiveness and efficiency “continuous improvement”
- Professional and maintains high standards in the workplace
