**How you'll make an impact:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Global Director of Education to lead the development and ongoing product learning of our employees, customers, and partners. You will own the end-to-end learning experience for these groups, including the content design, creation, and technology platform for all of our products.

**If so, here’s what you’ll do in this role**:

- Develop, Iterate, and administer the end-to-end new hire and continued learning programs for our Onboarding, Customer Success, and Support teams.
- Develop and iterate the learning content, certifications, and program to certify our customers and partners across all product lines.
- Liaise with marketing, product, partnerships, implementation, and support to understand the needs of the learner. Create training project plans with priorities identified and a budget developed.
- Hire, lead, and develop a high performing education team to support and execute your vision and strategy.
- Define, measure, monitor and communicate L&D program management plans, metrics, status, risks, roadmap and schedules to the cross-functional senior leadership team.
- Acquire and maintain a thorough knowledge of current training trends and resources.

**Here’s what you’ll bring with you**:

- 5+ years experience designing, building, delivering, and managing product academies or education programs in a rapid-growth SaaS-based portfolio/platform business with ability to manage multiple work streams, priorities and schedules.
- Experience delivering multimodal learning experiences including Instructor-led, virtual and in person training as well as self-paced online courses via LMS systems such as Absorb, Workramp, Litmos, TalentLMS.
- A builder of motivated, cross-functional partnerships that aligns objectives, key strategies and measures of success to deliver outstanding customer results as #OneTeam.
- Proven experience as a trainer or quality coach within a software environment.
- Well-developed arbitration skills with the ability to remain impartial.
- Bachelor’s degree

- Prior experience in training and development with a focus on instructional design and delivery
