**About the Role**

The Team Leader is responsible for the day-to-day operations, performance, and safety of a team within their area of responsibility of the warehouse. This role is essential in assisting your team with delivering warehouse & distribution activities on time, in spec and to the highest quality.

Some key responsibilities will include:

- Train, coach and mentor members of your team to achieve departmental goals, maintain compliance and assist them with growing their careers.
- Plan weekly/daily work requirements in conjunction with the Group Leader and communicate those to your team
- Build an uncompromising safety culture within your team
- Champion continuous improvement and encourage team members to find new ideas to improve work practices

**About You**
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in warehouse/distribution/export loading in a Team Leader role
- Leading teams within a continuous improvement environment
- Proficient computer literacy including WMS systems, RF scanning and the MS suite
- Demonstrate the ability to identify talent, mentor and develop leaders within the department
- Solutions focused problem solving in a fast-paced environment
