**KEY DUTIES**
- Lead a team of personnel to ensure the optimization of the plant including cleaning process are completed within set time guidelines
- KPI reporting
- Ensure that company health and safety procedures are being routinely and consistently followed as specified
- Management of personnel performance and non-performance within the team in conjunction with the production manager
- To be continually alert for new safety hazards that may present themselves on the cleaning shift and to be proactive in dealing with any newly identified hazards as per set guidelines
- To assist and be proactive in dealing with incident and accident and the follow-on action needed
- To help ensure that your personal hygiene procedures are being routinely and consistently maintained as specified
- Liaising with the production manager to ensure efficient workflows for production of confirmed jobs
- Manage factory production team to achieve efficient production of work to deadline
- Liaising with Kitchen installer and clients

**KEY SKILLS**
- Ideally someone with 3 - 5 years' experience working in a food manufacturing processing environment in a supervisor / management position
- Had previous experience managing a team of 5 to 10 people
- Proactive can-do attitude, a positive problem solver and someone who wants to improve personally and professionally - driven to meet KPI's and deadlines
- Computer literate, you will need to have good computer skills and experience working with system is an advantage
- Works productively in a high-pressure environment, keen to work 'with' your team to ensure success
- Create an excellent working environment, one that is fair and fun
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Have excellent understanding for the Health & safety requirements and be prepared to drive this within your team
