Our Client supplies domestic and international customers with a diverse range of natural plant-based products.

**About the Role**

We are on the hunt for a Leading Hand / Team Leader / Supervisor who has experience in **Food Manufacturing or similar industry**. You should have at least 1-3 years working experience in a similar role and/or industry.

Main duties and responsibilities will include:

- To work alongside Plant Manager / Production Manager and team members in day to day activities
- Leading and managing the team
- Managing shift performance and staffing
- Ensuring the factory is meeting the production schedules safely, to item specification and at throughput and recovery targets
- Training and inductions including SOP sign-off

**Benefits**

**Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience as a Team Leader / Supervisor essential (minimum 1-3 years)
- Experience in a food manufacturing environment would be desirable
- Forklift licence an advantage but not essential
