As the Business Coordinator, you’ll be working on some of the agencies most exciting portfolios and join a team that delivers exceptional work to our clients. We encourage fresh perspectives, and creativity. We’re an open bunch who foster a learning culture and like to have fun.

What your role and typical day might look like
- Basic understanding of the New Zealand media marketplace
- Use and understanding of entry level media maths and terminologies
- Using tools such as Pegasus, TV Map, Arianna to load, check and report on media bookings
- Using third party data platforms such as Nielsen to run programme performance information and AQX to run competitive data analysis
- Assist in the preparation of various reports including; post analysis, final buys, competitive and planning documents
- Working with media and agencies on ensuring the timely delivery of material
- To ensure correct client billing by addressing any account queries and checking proformas
- General admin and support including: filing, scanning, WIP updates

A bit about you to be successful in the role:

- Shows initiative to think ahead with a willingness to learn as a part of a wider team
- Confident communication skills and attention to detail - will need to understand media maths and terminologies
- Moderate knowledge of Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Previous use of planning tools such as Arianna, Roy Morgan, AQX and CMI will be highly beneficial - but we‘ll teach you
- Previous use of billing system such as Pegasus will be highly beneficial - but we’ll teach you that too
