**Job Role: Executive Summary**A business coordinator is an entry level position into the agency, a great place to start if you are keen to forge a career in the media industry. It is an administrative support role to the core team that is built to service a single or group of clients and is critically important to the overall delivery of service to these clients. No prior media/marketing experience required.

**Role Responsibilities**:
- Basic understanding of the New Zealand media marketplace
- Basic understanding of the industries in client portfolio
- Use and understanding of entry level media maths and terminologies
- Use of Pegasus, TV Map, Arianna to load, check and report on media bookings
- Use of Nielsen to run programme performance information
- Use of AQX to run competitive data
- To assist in the preparation of various reports including; post analysis, final buys, competitive and planning documents
- Working with media and agencies on ensuring the timely delivery of material
- To ensure correct client billing by addressing any account queries and checking proformas
- General admin including: filing, scanning, WIP updates
**Qualifications/Attributes**:
- A willingness to learn
- Great attention to detail
- To enjoy working as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
- Previous use of Excel, Word and Powerpoint will be well regarded
