This is your opportunity to join our Mitre 10 Imports team based at our Albany Support Centre as **Supply Planning Manager**.

This exciting role will see you lead the Supply function within Mitre 10 Imports (MIMP) whilst continuing to shape our processes and ability to deliver the MIMP strategy. You will join the team at a key stage and will have the opportunity to play an integral role in driving change and improvements in all aspects.

**Reporting to the Group Manager - International Sourcing and Supply Chain you’ll be responsible for but not limited to: -**
- Develop, coach, and support a high performing team.
- Collaboratively develop and implement strategies for inventory management of imported products, and continually improve stock flow of import product to 3PL Distribution Centres and stores, in support of improving the cost effectiveness of the FOB program.
- Implement inventory plans that drive outcomes for items with inadequate forecasts to ensure inventory is planned into the future at an optimum level.
- Manage timely shipping through detailed understanding of planning and shipping systems. This includes the need to track and monitor order fulfilment and delivery, including supplier and freight forwarder performance, and intervention processes to expedite as required.
- Lead the ongoing development of planning systems and tools, (currently SAP), evaluate their effectiveness, and investigate alternatives that may better serve our needs.
- Develop and implement linking of data (such as Lead-time analysis, MOQ, shipper multiple data) into the planning system to enable more accurate planning of stock levels.
- Work effectively & collaboratively with internal & external stakeholders and ensure their service levels are maintained.
