**Description**:
About the Role

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager and working closely with cross functional teams, you will have a proven track record in Supply Planning, alongside driving S&OP and continuous supply chain improvement to deliver the first-class supply chain operations and exceptional service to the customer to support business growth.

**Responsibilities will include**:
Lead the purchasing and supply planning functions which include, but not limited to, purchase order creation, costings, management of inbound containers and estimation of landed cost (ELC) for NPD.
Maintain and ensure master data, procedures and ERP configurations are optimised to support accuracy and efficiency in purchasing and supply planning functions.
Lead the S&OP process from a supply perspective and work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to promptly communicate variances to plan, develop clear and actionable strategies to address any supply issues identified.
Oversee the purchasing and inventory control functions, optimise processes to achieve target levels of inventory and minimize inefficiencies and wastages.
Work closely with third party suppliers and service providers to proactively manage supplier’s performance and compliance to terms of trade.
Management of inbound logistics processes and collaborate closely with stock controller and 3PL warehouse on inwards goods receipts.
Positively engage with key stakeholders across the business and strive for operations excellence.
Implement best practice and drive continuous improvement strategies.

Skills and Experience

Experience with a medium to large organisation in a similar role.
Sound understanding of the purchasing and supply planning functions.
Experience working in ERP system - experience in Movex/M3 system desirable.
Demonstrated capability of working effectively with internal cross functional teams and external parties e.g., freight forwarders and third-party manufacturers.
Possess high to advanced Microsoft Excel skill.
High levels of numeracy, accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
