**Mō tēnei tūranga | About the Role**
We are seeking a Senior Government Services Advisor to support an increase in volume of OIA requests and ministerial correspondence.
Working in a dynamic environment, you will utilise your strong writing and interpersonal skills to deliver high quality advice and outputs, while juggling multiple demands and deadlines.
This role manages the workflow of Pharmac's government services work, including preparing responses to Official Information Act (OIA) and Privacy Act requests, answering Parliamentary questions, ministerial correspondence, providing advice to Ministers and managing complaints.

Your background will demonstrate strong ministerial experience. Perhaps you're a seasoned advisor looking to step up to the next level, or you're a Senior Advisor looking for a new challenge and a place to diversify your career and skill set.

- A strong understanding of the machinery of government
- Experience working in a ministerial/government service position
- Comfortable working in a high-pressure environment with an ability to prioritise work
- Understanding of te ao Māori and te Tiriti o Waitangi or display a willingness and commitment to learn.
