**The Role**

**Key Responsibilities**

This Senior Consulting Ace will have a variety of responsibilities including:

- Complex / Key Account Management
- Proactive Client Proposals & IT Road-Maps
- Technical Pre-sales Consulting
- Assisting Regional Managers with reviewing the teams’ high-value proposals and technical solutions.
- Escalation Point and Mentoring Position to Consultant Team
- Technical work, both remote and onsite, including secondary helpdesk, projects and project management
- Coordinating w/ PD with to run Internal Training Session

**Skills and Experience**
- You are a champion for outstanding customer service, with supreme verbal and written communication skills. Explaining the technical to the non-technical comes second-nature to you
- You understand that listening to and understanding the customer journey is imperative to our success
- You are keen and confident in client interactions both in-person and over the phone.
- Building rapport and fostering relationships with internal and external stakeholders is something you thrive on
- You have a passionate, professional, and noteworthy positive attitude
- You are a team-player that enjoys upskilling the wider team and nurturing junior team members
- You are a master problem solver with great initiative and determination to go the extra mile
- You stay cool as a cucumber under pressure and have stellar IT troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- You understand the important aspects of sales like margin, mark-up, gross profit, total cost of ownership and return on investment (ROI)
