Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will take ownership of tender administration, document control, and workflow coordination. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the Estimation team consistently delivers accurate, timely, and profitable commercial tender responses. Being the strong communication link between the estimation team and internal/external stakeholders.

**What will you do?**
- Ensure timely coordination of workflow and communicate amendments to all relevant parties
- Provide crucial support to the Estimation team in completing all tender documentation
- Assist in the pricing of works and sourcing of supporting information
- Set up the tender shell and obtain relevant information from manufacturers to better structure and prepare tender documentation
- Build strong relationships with existing clients and architects through quality service and advice
- Keep up to date on industry, supplier, and product trends.

**What do you need?**
- A strong desire to progress into an Estimation role
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven administrative skills in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated flexibility and agility to switch seamlessly between tasks
- Prior experience or exposure to reading plans would be ideal but not essential - training can be provided
- You enjoy efficiency with strong time management skills and with the ability to work to deadlines.
