About the role:
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Venue Development Administrator to support our Venue Development projects across Australia and New Zealand. Working across the Venue Development team and reporting to the Venue Development Manager, you'll play an integral role in coordinating the administrative, reporting, and project management tasks that keep our venue acquisition and development pipeline running smoothly.
You'll assist with everything from feasibility studies and EOI/RFP submissions to budget tracking, project scheduling, and consultant coordination. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, helping shape the next generation of Live Nation venues across the region.

This is a 12-month fixed term role, open to candidates based in Auckland, Melbourne or Sydney.
What you'll be doing:
- Project Support: Provide administrative and coordination support across venue acquisition and development projects throughout ANZ.
- Planning & Reporting: Maintain project timelines, WIP updates, and documentation within the project management system (ClickUp).
- Feasibility & Research: Support business case reviews, feasibility studies, and data collation for new venue opportunities.
- Tender Administration: Assist in preparing submissions for EOIs and RFPs, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Budget & Invoicing: Track budgets, assist with invoicing processes, and support overall financial management of venue projects.
- Consultant Coordination: Liaise with external consultants, including architects, engineers, surveyors, and legal advisors, as directed.
- Industry Engagement: Maintain a register of venues across ANZ and support participation in key industry activities and events.
- Team Administration: Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the Venue Development team as required.
What you'll bring:
- Relevant Experience: Background in entertainment, venue operations, or project administration.
- Strong Organisation: Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data and support business case analysis for venue opportunities.
- Communication Skills: Clear and confident written and verbal communication across diverse stakeholders.
- Tech Proficiency: Competent in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management software (e.g., ClickUp) is a plus.
- Collaborative Approach: A positive, team-focused attitude with flexibility to adapt as priorities shift.
- Qualifications: Degree or diploma in Business, Commerce, Law, or Project Management (desirable).
