Safe Network is Government's preferred provider of community-based therapeutic services for children, adolescents, and adults with concerning, problematic and harmful sexual behaviour across the upper North Island. We are looking for an Administration extraordinaire, to support the delivery of clinical services to our clients, their whanau and support networks. This is a challenging and world-leading area of work that you could be part of.

About the Role

As the Administration Assistant at Safe Network, you will be supporting our service through:

- Performing administrative tasks to support the work of our Auckland sites, including document formatting, mail handling, and any other administrative tasks.
- Inputting new client referrals into our client database, and ensuring it is up to date and accurate.
- Performing data entry for psychometric reports, including back-up cover for other Safe Network sites.
- Supporting the HR function; maintaining our employee database and ensuring records are up to date, managing first aid, vaccination, and training bookings.
- Assisting with minor property-related maintenance for the site, ensuring the premises are well-maintained and safe.
- Supporting the Reception function; greeting clients, incoming phone calls, and directing/assisting callers as required.
- Housekeeping tasks, including the care and maintenance of the kitchen, organisation of stationery supplies, catering, event management and general tidiness of the premises
- Ultimately, supporting us to make a sustainable difference to individuals, families and their communities

This is a permanent, part time position, working Mon-Fri, 8am - 2pm.

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Administration experience, preferably in a clinical/healthcare setting.
- Experience using various IT systems, including Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and a client management system (D365 or similar)
- The ability to work within a demanding operational environment, whilst maintaining a high degree of accurate and attention to detail.
- The ability to handle sensitive information, maintain confidentiality and privacy of our client's information.
- An understanding of the important of administrative services to the effective running of clinical services.
