**Administrative Assistant**
We are seeking someone to join our team as a full time Administrative Assistant in Auckland. We need someone who will be a vibrant person with great people skills, a positive approach to their work and the ability to cope with pressure and remain calm and professional throughout the day.
Your Working hours will be minimum of 30 hours to maximum 40 hours, Monday to Friday.
**For this role your key responsibilities are**
- Ensure calls are answered in a friendly, professional, and timely manner at all times.
- Coordination of transport processes including invoicing, preparation, compilation, and distribution of documentation
- Responsible for business administration, managing paperwork and other records associated with office management.
- Typing of quotes, letters, documentation
- Filing, updating, and maintaining files and information, Managing documentation.
- Assistance with process improvement
- Responsible for meeting health and safety compliance.
**Key requirements**
- Good command of the English language
- Highly organised and flexible with the ability to prioritise and multi-task.
- Able to work with limited supervision and at times may be left on their own.
- Clean character background
